    Hey Mattie!

    There's that saying "Better late than never" :) So it's never too late to start looking after your health.

    In terms of motivation, I would like to share a story about my neighbor. She's around 70 years old and runs around the block 2-3 times a week. Also, she walks anywhere she goes (granted I live in small town so everything is fairly accessible on foot). She does it to feel better and to have a better quality of life.

    So in comparison you have a good 20 years ahead of her. Make the best of them :)
