Introduction Text Be healthy, Be happy, Be free!

Now that baby is here, it is soooo hard to get back to where I was. Not because I dont want to but I dont get enough sleep and then I am constantly busy. Who has time for themselves when there is a 14 wk old baby who needs me....However, I dont want to lose any progress so I am certainly still struggling....All i can do is say wish me luck and pray for me....

I created my own program. Workout as much as I can which is averaging 3x a week...huge downfall from where I was during and before my pregnancy but I am trying to get to where I was....5 days a week, atleast an hr...2-3 days cardio and2-3 body workouts....
