    Thank you for the add! You seem like a goofball like me judging by your crabby picture. I really like your look at all the different diets out there. It's pretty interesting on how each one affects our body in different ways. I haven't had a chance to look through all your blogs yet, but haven't seen Paleo / Primal yet. I had semi-luck with that, but quickly regained the weight, because with all 'diets', you fall off eventually. I'm interested in reading more of your 1 diet a week blogs.

    Thanks for adding me as a friend! Looks like you're doing great. I was reading your last blog and loved it. I was a vegetarian for four years and keep meat to a minimum in my diet. So I know what you mean about the excess of black beans - try replacing meat in some of your dishes with mushrooms. They offer a lot of texture and volume with more variety than tofu and they really absorb the flavors of what you're making. Good luck!
