Introduction Text hi! my [nick]name is chella. im a 37 y/o single mom living in elkhart, texas. im new to this. my friend alyson invited me. i have tried to lose weight before and all i would do would be get depressed when i didnt see any results. all ive managed to do lately is gain weight! its very frustrating!!! i havent always been overweight. i was one of those 120 lbs girls til i was about 19. thats when i was dating my sons "father". we ate out all the time!! before i knew it, i was 150!! i got pregnant and gained 20 lbs, which i lost after having my son. at one point i got down to 140, which is my goal now.i was eating subway almost every day [before all that jarod hype! lol] that was back when i could afford such things!! lol...so i know that in order to lose you have to eat healthier and exercise. i want to lose weight so i can be healthier, have energy, and feel better about myself!! on a more positive side, i have a 16 year old son who is thesecond best gift i have ever been given!! i love hanging out with family and friends, watching movies, reading, listening to all kinds of music, going to texas rangers games, painting, and, and, and!!! lol

i want to lose a few more pounds and tone up!!

i had a hysterectomy almost 7.5 years ago b/c of endometriosis.
