    I thought I would Stroll on over and share Some with you, my Sparkling Friend and Pal....
    emoticon Honor your own inner rhythm: *Make time throughout the day to just Listen to your inner - self and hearts desires*
    emoticon BALANCE * Of course we may have to get out and Work...just remember to bring into balance some Play time throughout your day in your own way..*
    emoticon Get out in nature: *Allow its beauty and naturally calming effect to soothe you and heal any disruptions that may be going on within you*
    emoticon Nurture your body: *Pamper it with massage and leisurely baths. Honor your body and accept the things you like and the parts you don't like so much.*
    emoticon Eat healthfully: *Make sure you add plenty fresh fruits and vegetables to your daily diet and when you do treat yourself to a goodie, choose moderately.*
    emoticon Move: *Stretch, walk, exercise, dance, hike, do anything that rids your body of stress and tension.*
    emoticon Soothe your mind: *Turn off the TV, meditate, read inspirational literature, listen to music, spend some time just doing or thinking about something you Love.*
