Introduction Text I thought I should delete everything I had on here to post a new update. My life has done a 360 the past 4 months. I no longer live in Marin County, next to San Francisco. I moved quite suddenly to Austin, TX even though I have lived in California all my 67 years of life. I am now close to my daughter, SIL and my beautiful grandson, Lev. I live a very healthy life and keep active as much as possible. I purchased a lovely small home for myself and my golden, Bernie very close to my family. I have only been in Austin a little over a month, it is taking time to adjust. I definitely have been out of my comfort zone but instead of numbing myself with food, I totally have been feeling the feelings cold turkey. It is what I do in life. I have met such wonderful ladies here on this site. I welcome you to read my blogs and hopefully you will enjoy them.

My goal is just handling maintenance the rest of my life. That's the deal now.

Eat clean and if I want a treat, by all means I eat it.
