Update 01 2017:
I regained some weight - and some pain. I was in survival-mode again, just getting along. So - as of January 11th - back on my path to a better and healthier me. The path of letting go: Letting go of clutter, of fears, of regret, of feeling guilty, of weight - all that is weighing me down. 2016's motto "Lighten up and simplify" feels still right!

Written in 2016:
In 2015 I was in constant pain and it was hard for me to walk. Some changes in my eating and drinking habits, a whole lot more of sleep and the insight, that I can change nothing but the very moment, the very second I live in, all these changes have not only led to my weightloss, but to feeling much better!

Today I walk, I love to walk! A few months ago I tried, not to walk to much to avoid the pain. Today I think: Hey, the day is beautiful, let's get out there, walk in the sun, breathe the air - love life.

It is still not that far or that long that I walk. But soooooo much more, than it was only a few months ago.

My advice?
Never give up, walk one step more than you walked yesterday and - most important - find yourself a supportive team!

My Program:
It's time to learn to eat my vegetables ;-)
Drink my water, herbal tea!
Fit in exercise where- and whenever possible. Like doing some stretches while waiting for the coffee machine to do her job. This is fun!
And of course doing cardio - even if it is chair-exercise.
I wrote about chair-exercise in 2013.
Today 2015 I am able to walk for up to an hour! Yeah!
