The Monkey's Jungle Gym
I'm "the monkey" - a 31-year-old mother of four wonderful children. On May 14, 2011 I gave birth to my fourth child and shortly after I took a good look at the large amount of weight I've gained throughout my pregnancy. This has got to GO! I'm ready to get my body back and feel good again. I'm dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle and being an example for my children.

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to be healthy! My target weight is 150 and I would like to be able to run a mile in under 10 minutes by 2012.
My Program:
Currently I'm breastfeeding, so I am not counting calories right now. I simply eat when I'm hungry. I am strength training three days a week and I walk 2 miles a day at least four days a week.
