I'm a 25 year old mom to 2 boys! Life has been in the fast lane for the past almost 4 years of my life, and that's when the weight showed up. I wasn't over weight in high school just not stick thin...happy in other words. Then working in fast food, and then moving away from family and friends...that didn't help. In the past 4 years I moved from Ohio to Utah, got married had 2 kids, moved back to Ohio with family so my husband can go to grad school.
Somewhere in the middle of everything I gave up on myself and my weight and now Im paying for it. I signed up with sparkpeople almost 3 months after having my youngest. I was tired of the weight and not feeling good about myself. My boys are my life, they are the reason I want to loose the weight. I want to run outside for a while with them, play sports with them, and teach them to be healthy and active (something I haven't always been). I don't want my kids to ever have to deal with weight issues. I want healthy living to be a no brainer.

Mainly though, Im doing this for me. High blood pressure runs in my family along with many other things and weight doesn't help these issues. SO getting thin and healthy will help me break this cycle in my family. I want to be happy with me. I want to put on an outfit and think "Yes! I look good!" Not "crap where is that shirt that hides my stomach?" Having 2 c-sections Im not expecting a fat tummy like Im 16 again, but I am expecting thin and toned. I want to run a marathon by the time Im 30, why? I don't know, honest! Its just been something Ive always said...seriously since I was like 10! I can't just give up.
My goal is to be 120 (high schoo weight) but Im willing to go smaller. I just don't plan on being a stick. I like a little meat on my bones!

So here I am on a tough, hardworking journey to being a hot skinny mom!

My Program:
Currently Im counting calories and running around with my kids a ton! I also just started 30 day shred and workout Mon-Fri. Im in the process of getting gym membership and plan on going 2 hours a day!!
