    Welcome to Living Binge Free. I've had good results by reducing the number of eating events most days of the week, working my way down to just three on weekdays, extras on weekends only. I know this flies in the face of so much advice out there, but it's been key for me. And there is more and more evidence that less frequent eating means less insulin and less insulin resistance, which is associated with less fat storage. But it doesn't have to happen overnight. It's more important what your consistent habits are a year from now than two weeks or even two months from now.
