My Goals:
i would like to loose down to my ideal weight, I want to live to see my 8 grandchildren grown and serving God. I want to stay around to finish taking care of my bedridden husband.

My Program:
 taking my meds. Trying to go walking os often as i get the chance. I pray all i can. try to eat healthy foods.


Personal Information:
im from n.c. im mama8usa@yahoo.com. ill be 53 in janurary. i have 8 children and 8 grand children, #9 due any time. i weigh 237 lbs and need to lose 100. I believe in God and his salvation.

Other Information:
 I love to quilt. reading faithbased books and sewing , I also like to do things for others, like praying cooking canning. and telling others about Jesus.
