Well where do I start? I have always been struggling with weight, and most of the time I don't really think about it, I feel like the average person. Then I will take a picture with friends and go who is that? Is that me? I have done many diets and exercise programs over the years and I normally do see some results but as soon as I hit that plateu or don't see results one week I give up and I gain back what I lost. So I have been around the same weight for a while now.

My problem is that I feel like I have to go it alone. I don't get the support I need from my family when it comes to weight loss. Every time I went on a diet, my family would question every piece of food that I ate and it made it extremely hard to stick to a diet. I felt like I was being judged all the time. My whole family is pretty much overweight so genetics are against me. But... my aunt just lost a lot of weight last year with weight watchers and she has been able to keep it off and I am so proud of her. I think she is the person who makes me think that I can finally do this.

I am looking for a lifestyle change to be the person that I feel I am on the inside. I want to go clothes shopping and actually have fun doing it. I just want to be happy in general, happy with who I am, and happy with my life. And I have come to realize that I am not very happy at the moment. That is not how I want to live my life anymore. This is a new beginning. It can only get better from here. :)

I have been off the site for almost 7 months now I have gained some of the weight back and ready to restart my journey. Here we go again.

Still trying to work out a program it is not easy with my schedule being so crazy. My work schedule doesn't really allow me to get a routine down. I don't know what I am working on Sunday until Friday and I don't have set hours it can be a real pain. I'll keep you updated on this.

Personal Information:
Well I am in my mid 20's now and I have pretty much lived in the same place my whole life. I went away to college for 3 years and had the time of my life and there are times where I wish I could be back there but that isn't really realistic anymore. Now I am back home and I am finally trying to get my life back on track.

Other Information:
I love books, my favorite authors are Iris Johansen, Janet Evanovich, Tami Hoag, and Nora Roberts. I am always open to new books.

I love movies, pretty much any kind except for scary movies. I also love cooking (I am a really good baker) and I am getting into my crafty things again. Like crocheting and scrap booking (really need to get on top of this lol)
