    Week 2 is behind us and we are well on our way for week 3. Thank you for being such a big part of the Pink Flamingo Team! You are doing an awesome job. Tracking is hard for me too but I'm trying to do it every day. It think it is helping, it is showing me where I am going astray! Stay strong. Debbie

    Thank you for weighing in for week 1. Your weight loss goal for this challenge is very attainable. I know you can do it. Consistency is the key to everything! I try to work out 6 days a week - I take one day a week to completely rest (Friday is my rest day)...then I bust my butt over the weekend. It is easier to get exercise in on days I do not have to work - that is why I aim for 2 hours+ of exercise on both Saturday and Sunday. You are doing a great job and you are going to rock this challenge. I just know it! Debbie
