It is a time to reflect on my priorities and add balance to my life so that I can achieve my goals. The dialog from the movie the Untouchables keeps playing in my head as I ponder my dietary objectives. How far am I willing to go? What am I prepared to do? Am I committed to go all the way? How hard am I willing to fight to succeed in achieving my target? This is a lifelong fight that will never end and a battle to which I must be dedicated.

    Hello, MP!

You're doing great - wish I could motivate those pounds off as fast as you're going. Doing this for a week now - have lost only about half a pound, but my average blood sugars are down about 75 points. That alone is worth it. I was also shocked, after tracking my "natural" eating patterns for a couple of days, just how out of whack I was on the various trackable parts (protein, calcium, fiber).

Thanks for getting me to this site - and keep up the good work!
