    Hello I am Pat in Augusta.
    I was looking at your page and it looks just like Cadillac Mountain. I had the symptoms of Celiac but testing did not agree. That was good. I ended up with an allergist and I have notebooks for 12 years with allergy shots I gave to myself . I never ate wheat or yeast in that time. The big ice storm left us without power for 11 days. My Antigens were in the refrigerator but the allergist wanted to renew them Insurance would not pay so my allergist said we will wait and see if anything has changed. I was lucky it had. I rarely eat bread and I go back to rotation if I think anything might be reacting.
    I do all our home cooking by choice. I am chemical sensitive too I do not do organic, too expensive for me. I am growing some vegetables more for fun than canning . I have lost 50 pounds on this site and I have been here 4 years I love Spark. I hope you are still on the Maine team Pat in Augusta. emoticon emoticon emoticon
