Starting Again and Being Intentional
I'm working on me...again. And it feels good! Starting over is good. Being motivated to make better choices is good.
For too long I've let myself go, which has resulted in some health issues, some pain that won't go away and a lack of mobility.
So here I am, a 54 year old woman starting over again and I am proud of myself and happy that I've made this decision.
I'm using Jason Ackerman's Flexible Eating Blueprint for my nutrition plan.
