    I have also struggled with my weight for awhile now but this time I think the healthy eating habits are sticking with me. SP has really helped me with being accountable with what I am eating, my exercise, etc. I log on every day at least once to track my calories and look around to see how everyone is doing. I know how hard and stressful being a single mother can be, I was one for about 7 years. Keep on exercising and the rest will fall into place. Dont stress too much, you can do it!

    I have struggled to stay motivated too. But I've read enough SP members' pages and now I know that I have to focus on one pound at at time. I would like to lose closer to 50lbs, but that is more than I can even imagine. I honestly don't know what I will look like at my goal weight. But I do know that I am elated each monday weigh in that I'm 1 lb lighter. This week I'm almost 2 lbs lighter!!! Progress in small steps keeps me motivated and helps me think about what I eat. I heard somewhere that food is not about eating its about choices...one choice at a time.

    Work hard - its worth it!
