Each day I strive for self-mastery, bringing order into my life so I can
Reach and maintain a healthy weight
Stay strong and healthy
Declutter and organize my life - mind, body, and home

My Program:
 Planning my meals and snacks, taking them with me whenever possible.
Tracking my food intake at least 5 days a week
Energy Up, PT, and Ab workouts (Interval and strength training) and walking with a friend twice a week
Positive input from books and audios
In bed before 10:30

 I am a read-aholic. I enjoy audio books so I can multi-task - it's the only way I keep my life in order and read almost as much as I want to at the same time.

I'm on a lifetime quest to read all the Pulitzer Prize Winning novels - in order. Up to 1967, The Fixer
