*Lost 37 pounds in 2008 by eating healthy and exercising.
*Gained 8 pounds back.

This is the last time I am going to lose this weight and this time it's for keeps.
I'm changing my life to be healthier and have more energy. I want to be a strong mommy and someday a strong grandma.
When I eat healthy and exercise I feel the way I'm supposed to feel and that's the big motivation I need to do what's best for me.

My Goals:
Eat healthy, wholesome foods most of the time

Drink lots of water

Exercise Daily

Sleep 8 hours a night

Feel Healthy and have more energy

Teach my children what taking care of oneself looks like

Learning to live life more in the moment and accepting things for what they are.

Eating less meat

Watching my portion sizes

My Program:
running-training for HM
cross train 2 days a week
Weekend Yoga

Try to get in some extra cardio everyday in the form of yard work, house work, running or dancing with the kids.
