I like stuff. I like to geek out. I like to game and I have a serious nachos problem! But it's time to leave bad habits in the past. I want my highschool body back and nothing is going to stop me! (I hope) :)

Fitness Minutes: 1,885

My Goals:
I would like to lose about 5 kilos steadily each month. Meaning that by March I should be around 90 kilos (fingers crossed). I would like to have control over my asthma. When I'm healthy I barely have to use my inhaler. I'd like to finally be confident enough to rejoin my local roller derby league!


My Program:
I have started limiting my calorie intake to around 1,400 Cals per day. Also I do 3 days of cardio (Turbo Jam) and 3 days of strength training. I also plan to dust of my skates and my bicycle and slot in a fun Sunday walk/skate/cycle at the Johannesburg Botanical Gardens. And I'm walking to and from university. It all adds up to better health.



Personal Information:
I am an anime otaku with a love for contact sports. I love reading and writing which is why I'm taking a BA English Language and Literature specialization Creative Writing at Unisa. I also freelance as an assistant editor in our local TV industry. I like soccer, nachos and beer (a terrible combination) but I'm trying to change that to soccer, fruit and water;). I live with my boyfriend of 3 years and I love it (most of the time lol). I love to cook, watch movies and laugh.
