Introduction Text Created some major life changes in the last few years - dumped a toxic job, finished two graduate degrees, took on another full-time job, and I still operate my own independent bookkeeping business. I'm busy. I am overloaded. But I am working to create a life that is based in my values and my soul purpose. Along the way I overeat to shut down the noise in my head, I eat on the fly, and I eat the wrong stuff when my brain won't shut down at night. I am a work in progress! I do best on low carb eating, regular exercise, and enough down time to give my body, mind, and spirit time to rest. I want to be healthy, eat whole foods and move my body. I want my outsides to look like my insides feel! I want to dress better... for fun!
