Introduction Text After hitting rock-bottom (Fat, Depressed, and Totally Negative), I'm ready to try living Positively with the caring support of fellow Spark People.

To remain positive in spite of many health issues, to exercise as much as I am able to do, and to be mindful of what I eat and why I eat.

I am cooking at home more, journaling food and watching sodium intake, eating lots of fruit and vegetables and drinking lots of water. I am walking every day and reading recipes and uplifting articles and blogs every day!

Born in Kansas, raised in California, lived all over the world, had 1 child born on Guam and 1 in Germany, and now am settled in New York
