    I'm back on track and hubby got me some strawberries to make up for his sabotaging me. I'll have some for breakfast with some eggs! I'm down a pound from last week! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Hubby sabotaged me again. Now I have to lose that last pound all over. Darn, he gets to me sometimes! emoticon emoticon

    It's working! Less than a week back on sparkpeople and the weight is coming off with just 30 minutes of exercise/day. Tracking food and keeping those percentiles on target are the key. 50% carbs, 30% fats emoticon and 20% protein.

    Banker-Chuck, I'll be participating in a ride with Tribute to the Troops this coming weekend, Aug 3rd & 4th. I even got my little Sherwood Walgreens to supply 2 stops with drinks and first aid supplies. A few customers have passed along funds for the cause through me since it's not an all store thing...just my one store.

    After my road trip, by car, last September down Hwy 101, I can say I an envious. Someday when I have more time and either saddle bags or another bike that will accommodate them better. With tail lights on the top/sides of the rear fender I haven't found any saddle bags yet that will work.

    Trying to regain lost ground with the weight stuff. It seems to take so much time meal planning...don't know when my food trackers from 3 years ago got erased, but they did. Having to learn it all again. Need to lose at least 20# to keep depression at bay.
