    I don't know about you but believing in myself is hard for me! It's something I need to make a priority and to focus on daily. I need to come up with a mantra to repeat every morning and when I am doubting my abilities. Any ideas?

    Positive thinking and sheer determination are our tools to success! I'm finally out of that dark hole I had climbed down into and ready to go forward once again. Physically, I'm feeling much better and am almost ready to tackle a daily exercise routine again. Mentally, I am still doubting myself and need to just get started. I am walking without the walker inside the house and on the porch and patio. I do need walls and furniture close by to hold onto when needed but I am moving on my own! Progress!

    If you're looking for a challenge and ready to make a commitment....I have the challenge for you!

    Biggest Loser is the name. It's a 10 week commitment. You have several little teams (with 24 members) that compete with each other. Main requirement is to weigh in each week. If you know for some reason that you can't post your weight (let the leaders know). Otherwise after 2 missed weigh ins (with no excuse) you would be moved to honorary. We have ITC (inter team challenges) that consist of exercise and nutrition. Not required to do, but, are very helpful in losing the weight and it's fun to compete with other teams for points. Individual teams might have mini challenges of their own.
