Introduction Text I am a 39 year old female who has been overweight all my life. I decided in 2006 to get on the ball and get some weight off. At one point I was down 160 poinds but I have allowed myself to get lazy and now find myself over 300 again! I am getting back on Spark to get motivated again! I am so disgusted with myself :( I think having our baby has allowed me a BAD reason to allow my weight to creep back on. I have a plan for January 1 and will get back to where I was. I have too many cute clothes that don't fit...too small :( I appreciate the MOD comments...perhaps they will encourage me for my restart!

My current goal is to lose enough weight to go on a ride at Six Flags or anyother amusement park. I know it may sound silly but it's been a long time since I have been on a ride and I want to get in that line without fear of being told I don't fit!!

I have been watching my fat intake, calories, and have elimated sugar from my diet. I don't drink soda (haven't for over 10 years!!) and water IS my drink of choice. I exercise 4-5x a week at a gym but love outdoor exercise too. My current outdoor exercise favorites are biking, swimming and walking with my husband.

I currently live in OKC! I was born in Seattle, Washington. Raised in LA, CA. Lived in Dallas, Texas briefly and got out as soon as I could...LOL!! Now, I am living a happy life in Oklahoma which by the way was 100 years old last year!

My husband and I adopted a beautiful baby girl that was born June 24, 2010! WE waited for so long! She is an answer to our prayers! I am a teacher. My husband and I are SS teachers at our church. I have a dog named Chip. I am not ashamed to wear my bathing suit in public! I love green tea! I love Jelly Belly Jelly Beans I love to take photos. I love to travel. I'm addicted to Facebook
