Introduction Text My 21 yr old son came to me in tears, asking me to take care so I can be a grampa! At almost 400 lbs I was busy dying! A freind came to me with a plan and some hope and I haven't looked back! Since 03/10/07 I have lost 165 lbs ( today 10/12/07) I am feeling like I won the lotto! I have more to go but my next promise to me is to be under 230 and I will have taken off 170+ lbs! I am confident and excited to see how I will feel that day! Happy Dance for sure! No Goals Just Promises! I intend to lose 140 lbs by October 07( I did) I am well on my way and have met some of my biggest challenges, when I lost 54 lbs. I was so happy you would have thought I had won the lotto. My start date was 03/10/07 So I am enjoying great success! I'm nearing the 220's and that will be 170+ lbs lost! Wow today I look at this and I have met a goal I now lost 165lbs and now I'm 235 lbs! That's pretty awesone!

My program is not a diet! I quit Diets!!! I have failed on so many,between cravings and hunger! Now with the plan my friend came over with is easy simple and gets results. It was so simple even I could follow it! My friends could to and 6 of us have lost over 100lbs!Now with just a few pounds to go I'm not even worried any more. I know I will soon realize my promised Optimum Lightness I can soon look forward to a long term wellness program

I live in a little town on Vancouver Island, Qualicum Beach is a great place to raise a family and I have 7 kids! We have 5 Acres and we simply love it! Vancouver is the closest City and it will be holding the 2010 Olympics. I am running the Paralympic Torch March 6th !! I could not even walk that distance when I started!
