Hello to everyone...I am trying to lose 30 pounds. I have a busy work schedule (Nurse) and that presents problems for me every day. I have found that when I use the food tracker, I have a much better day. Accountability is everything-I am working on the exercise part . That's the hardest for me.

Eat more fruits and vegetables. Cook Healthier

 Walk 1-2 miles 3-4 days per week

Track food consumption daily
