Here I am again. I'm starting over for the second time. Everything from May 16th, 2015 on will and shall be new. I have been off SPARKS for awhile do to my partner's sickness and death. All my energy went into caring for him for the last 6 months and in doing so I left me behind. But I am back trying to undo what I have done to myself. With Carl as my angel and support from friends here on SPARK I will do my best to get back to my healthy ways. God willing!
