Fitness Minutes: 155

My Goals:
I want to wear a size seven again. Right now I wear a size 18. I would love to have a flat stomach, toned thighs and arms and I want to be able to run to stay in shape. Right now walking long distances is hard for me.

My Program:
 I new to Spark people so I am going to try to follow the plan. My fast track goals include eating a high fiber and high protein breakfast, completing at least 10 minutes of cardio a day and listening to get up and go music. My cardio will be dancing.


Personal Information:
This year I started a blog called Love Lust and Life. I realized that it is not good for me to be without a creative outlet. It has helped me to feel good about myself and express that hidden strength that the world could not see.

    Thats the greatest compliment I could have gotten. I know that my story and my struggles help someone who want to be helped. and keep them motivated. Its a lifestyle change. Not something you can stop once your there. Its the journey that matters, not the destination :)

    THanks for the comment on my blog, I did take that walk and then came home and did some crunches. That dessert is my shortcut on a banana split, minus the chocolate syrup and whip cream, LOL! After my walk the desire was gone.
