My Goals:
Goals:
Be 200lbs or less by 3/1/2011.

No wear "plus size" clothes anymore!



My Program:
 I attend OA meetings at least one time per week.

I have eliminated fast food from my eating.

I try to connect with others who share my food issues on spark people.




Personal Information:
I am a part-time stay at home mom of 3 kids age 3 and under. I have been married for 6 years. I also work part-time just for some adult time. I live in rural Iowa.

Other Information:
 Everyone needs to make their own peace and happiness! It is not a result of being thin or rich or having things, but instead the exact opposite. When you find your peace you will find you have everything you already need and the rest, including weight will work its self out!
