    You can do this. I was 229.5 on March 1 this year. It's a mindset and something you just have to decide you are going to do. You can't make too many exceptions. I went away, drove to NJ for 3.5 weeks. Had 1 stay the same and 2 losses and a loss when I got back.

    I went dog/house sitting for my girlfriend for 2.5 weeks. Lost every week. I actually took my scale with me on both trips.

    It can be done, but you can't keep making excuses (not you, particularly, just anyone that wants to lose weight). There's always an office party, birthday celebration, something where food is a big deal to most. You just HAVE to make conscious choices ahead of time on how you are going to handle it. YOU COME FIRST - Your health is the most important. Without that, there won't be any celebrations to attend.

    So, give it a try. Stick to your guns when it comes to others trying to get you to eat something you know is not a good choice. Mindset and eyes on the goal. You are the Only one that can get you there.
