Starting back in September 2006 I was in this wheelchair. I can say now I am not, it set in the corner of my bedroom, a reminder that I can still have to used it one day again. My time is coming soon I will have to dust off that chair. But for now I am happy just seeing it in the corner.

It’s been a long hard road for me and now I can tell you about my fight to lose this weight. Starting with what is wrong with me: I have Spina Bifida, bad shoulders (an arm that I couldn’t lift over my head), blank outs, loss of balances, and diabetic. I am proud to say that I am not a diabetic anymore, my blank outs are almost gone and I can lift my arm over my head. I still have a loss of balances and I have to live with my Spina Bifida. I still have to live with pain but it’s not as bad as it was.

I have to add to my list of medical problems. I haven’t told all of you what been happen so here I go and let me tell you its is not easy for me to tell you. In October 2007 I have been having problem with my head shaking. It wouldn't stop shaking so I broken down and went to the doctor and he told me I have ET in other words Essential Tremor. This will not kill me but I do get very tried plus it will get worst. With ET I will get to the point that my hands will start starting too. Will I be able to type, yes but not for as long as I like.

I have resign as the Co-Team Leader of the Biggest Loser Fans team due to this new medical problem. Well it turn out that Bullet our team leader on BLF want me to stay and I will because I love and care for all my members.

I like you all to know that I will not stop losing my weight I will work harder and eat healthy. I am a fighter and I will never give up.

I had to start out slow and modify my exercise. It taken time for me to lose weight, it’s slow but time is not importation anymore. I know I will have set back and plateau, this will not stop me from losing. I guess you could call this learning.

I am a big fan of NASCAR. Jimmie Johnson of the 48 car is my driver. I love all the Hendrick drivers. Yes I do have other driver but these are my main drivers.

Bigger Loser Fans Challenge: 22 lbs.
Individual Challenge: 11.8 lbs
One Week Challenges: 3.6 lbs
Taking of the Inches Challenge: 4 lbs

September to June weight lost total: 47 lbs..

Update: I am still half way to my goal weight and I feel this year I will make it. If I don’t make it I have all the time in the world. I will keep working hard and no matter if I have bad days or good days. If I can’t workout I will get back to my routine by getting up at 5:30 am working out for a hour and half plus I have gotten a mini trampoline and it seem to help me with my shaking. See I am finding way to workout. Also, I have been working hard on my eating habits too. Boy that is a job in itself. Each day I have to think of good foods to eat and stay with my calorie count. You never stop working on how to lose weight, that right never. If you want it so bad that you will do research and see what is healthy and what is not then you are on top of the world. My message to all of you is this: STAY WITH IT NO MATTER WHAT HAPPEN TO YOU…..

I had been meaning to write to you because you were one of the biggest loser fans that first noticed. You inspired me to just get out and walk.I have a minor problem with my heel and of course it nothing with what you have gone through.I am so proud of you. I recently dropped twelve lbs and loved the ending to the biggest loser show.I dont know if people really understand what it is to have a disability live in an apartment and am an animal lover but cant afford a dog just yeti have college to get through.Feel free to chat if you have the time . I think Spark is the best place to be. The response Ive gottten from a few people when I was having no luck with the scale has be incredible.Blessings to you and thanks for the positive got me to move.

It’s been to long for me, I haven’t written anyone (maybe a few) to let him or her know what I have been up too. Now I can say I haven’t been to well plus I have gain 28 lbs. Yep, I have gain but this is not the end. I feel I can get back to losing, they said it like riding a bike, you never forget. Well I have forgot some but learning is the best tool. I have learned a lot.

When you stop you gain weight and when you start eating the old way you did before you lost weight you gain. So I have learn to stop and think, stop and listen and write it down. I was doing all this before but as time goes by you stop thinking, listen and write everything down. Why is that? Well I think we forget so much when time are bad and things that goes on in our life, that we give up. No, that not right, we don’t give up, we just stop. Then we wait until the light turn green to start again. Well I have seen the green light again. What do you do then, I have got back to reading books again. I have been looking at cookbooks and looking into why I can get my butt off the chair. Yes, sitting in my chair at night is not a good thing to do when your are looking at that wheelchair in the corner. It reminds me that if I don’t get up I will be sitting in it again. I don’t want that again. So here I go again. Making my butt get up and start again.

So if you feel that you have stop with that red light and waiting for the green light to turn, then you have a long wait because waiting doesn’t work. You have to start from the being and go through that green light. You can do it and I know I can too. So get up and move, get your cookbook out and go through the green light.

I'm back and back to the basic. I doing a 180 turn in my life. I'm going to be happy again and live the way I should.

I have miss everyone of my friends. I think about them all the time. Hope you will understand why I haven't been on.

Its so good to be back and helping my friends again. Happy days are back.

My Goals:
My new goals:
1) Eating slowly and eating healthy.
2) Exercises will be slow but I can do it.

My Program:
I started a new workout its call Walk away the pounds. I love walking and this way I can do it indoors. Also I don't over do my workout this way. I will be doing six days a week for awhile until I work up to 5 miles.

I'm adding a new DVD to my workouts its call, Biggest Loser Power Sculpt. It kick my butt.

I maybe disable but I am alive. I was looking forward to see my son go to college or into the Navy but he still young and can't make up his mind. I guess I will have to wait until he make up his mind.

Other Information:
The best thing that every happen to me is having my son. Plus having each and everyone of you as my friend.
