Introduction Text I have an 14 year old daughter and 11 year old boy/girl twins. I started this journey to try to lose the baby weight. I've lost that weight and then some! I hit my goal weight in February 2010 and by the end of April 2010, I had lost 60 pounds! As of May 2011, I have been able to maintain my weight loss. Maintenance was challenging, so much that I didn't do it. Since 2012, I have slowly put the weight back on. Maintenance is so much harder than it sounds! While I've been able to not put all the weight back on, it still fluctuates more than I would like! I work full time and relish every moment I can spend with my family. It makes it challenging to find time to exercise, but I try to work it into my daily schedule.

My program is simple. I am trying to decrease my calorie intake and increase my physical activity. I use the nutrition tracker all the time and track my strength training and cardio on the fitness tracker. I go to the gym 4-5 days a week, Monday through Friday. I joined a gym close to work on 4/27/09, so I get my work-outs in during my lunch break.

I joined Spark in November of 2008, but lost interest (and time) after a week. At the end of April 2009, I renewed my commitment to lose the extra weight and am trying to commit more to the extras that Spark has to offer. I consider my start date to be April 27, 2009.
