Introduction Text Okay: here's the deal. I was a size 8 or so when I got pregnant. I apparently lost almost all my baby weight within about a year of little E's birth - easily! Breastfeeding and walking lots! Who knew? Then suddenly I gain about 10 lbs after meeting (and trying to keep up with) friends who bake, and then yesterday I just bought a very comfortable pair of size 14 pants. SOMEHOW I'M BACK TO ABOUT 7 MONTHS PREGNANT SIZE. This has GOT TO STOP. My apologies to folks who yearn to be in a size 14, but this is way above my healthy BMI and it can't be healthy for a 30-something year old woman to have pinballed back and forth between a size 8 and now 14 within the span of just 4 years. We have breast cancer, diabetes, and bp issues in our family and the threat of getting any of those, plus the threat of looking like a lumpy sack for the rest of my life, are very scary.

Eat smaller portions. Eat HEALTHIER portions - more veggies, veggies, VEGGIES! EXERCISE AT LEAST 3x a WEEK!!!!!!

Move2Lose at the YMCA 1 coffee a day (except weekends/special occasions) water water water, tea tea tea Time to follow a meal plan too.

Stay at home Mom who hates winter, loves travel, wants more babies but wants to get to a healthier weight first
