Hi I'm Courtney. I'm recently married and working on trying to get myself back into the shape I am supposed to be. My goal is to lose 50lbs this year and to get myself physically healthy to have children in the future. I want this to be a permanent life change.

My Goals:
Lose 50 lbs by 2014. :)
Be fit enough so that I can get my body ready for children someday.

My Program:
 Starting my own program watching my calorie intake and what I eat. Working out and staying in shape.

From Cincinnati, OH
I live out in the rural area about 45 miuntes southeast of the city. Attend UCBA an Major in Veterinary Technology. Married to a wonderful husband.

Other Information:
 Love books, love to work out with friends. Love the outdoors, enjoy horsebackriding, hiking, any watersports. Loves to camp! Shopping queen!
