Introduction Text hi to everybody,i wish you all luck whatever your goals may be, i can`t beleive this club exists, and certainly seems to give a lot of support, i probably will change this introduction text later once i find my bearings, anyway i don`t mind giving advice or receiving it so please feel free to tx me, even if its just to say hello. [Just to let you know i still haven`t found my way round here yet, but getting there and love it in here, 7/5/07

my goals are first to be healthy, and to take control of my eating habits, and then everything else should fall into place, i hope lol.

i will look at the recipes, join some teams, start some exercise,

i will fill this in when i get settled, and find out a bit more about sparks, so far it fab.

well it said to tell you about my favourite book movie, so i thought i would tell you a bit about me, mum died 2001, really missed her and about the beginning of 2005 i was starting to not get over her but starting to get on track again, until the 7th september my dear brothers 19year old son was killed along with 6 others in a car crash, when he accepted a lift off a drug drink driver, so here i am at the moment trying find my my way back from just really non existence since 2001, but i am optimistic, and will get there, thankyou for reading this and that is my brother to the left, just a few weeks before his son was killed, i will be changing this in september the anniversary of my beautiful nephews death and then try to get on with life, coz it is so precious. lilly
