    Thank you for your comment on my blog. I am (trying to) do low carb. It works (when I follow through). But oh boy.... I do love my wine and bread. Thank goodness there is cheese in this world? ; D

    Thanks for stopping by my blog. I try to wrap the avocado tightly in Saran wrap. It does still sometimes get a little brown but I just scrape that part off. I have also tried rubbing it with lemon juice (which works sometimes) or with olive oil (which also works). My husband and I both love avocado so we go through one pretty quickly.
