I' just turned 34 march 4th and decided this is it!!!! I'm done with the feelings of disgust and disappointment I had when I looked in a mirror or got off track with my diet. I had this AH HA! Moment at the gym watching myself in the mirror doing a body pump class. I hardly could stand looking!!! Right then I realized I don't want to feel that way about myself. I've been exercising since 18, going to the gym after school, taking step, Zumba, cycling classes...plus many more!!! I've tried diet after diet, suppliment after suppliment....and I've learned that if I don't STICK with it, make it a routine, it's not gonna work. 2 kids later and it's even harder!!!!!

I'm so ready to be serious, and I know sparkpeople will help me. I love this site!! I've been on it before and gave up then, but not this time...it's MY TIME!

My Goals:
To ultimately lose 40 lbs
To eat as gluten free as possible
To eat more proteins, fruits, and veggies
To exercise at least 3 days a week
To journal daily
To find 3 things each day that make me happy so I focus on that and not on the negative so much


My Program:
I'm eating gluten free as often as possible
I'm trying to fit in exercise at least 3 days a week, no matter what it is! It doesn't have to be the gym.
I'm only going to weigh myself once a week...Saturdays are my day
I'll allow myself one day to relax and savor some things I usually don't.
I'm going to journal daily to keep my thoughts in check!
