Fitness Minutes: 19,899

My Goals:
My goals are to create the healthiest version of myself physically, spiritually and emotionally. For 2018 I have a goal to find as many mountains to hike as possible, to complete the Rock n Roll Las Vegas Half Marathon for the 6th time in a row, making it my 11th half marathon, complete year #2 of the #yearofstrongandbendy challenge and to begin training for my first FULL marathon. Life is amazing!

I would like to be able to motivate and teach others what a healthy lifestyle can do for not only your body, but your emotional health as well.

Goals:
- Los Angeles Marathon ~ 2019
- Lone Pine Lake Remembrance Hike - 2018
- Las Vegas Half Marathon - 2018 ... ???


My Program:
My nutrition program is still eating unprocessed, "real" food. This has helped my weight and running tremendously. I've learned to love food in its natural state and am having a great time using new spices to up some flavors.

My name is Brenda, I'm 49 years old, I'm blessed with two children ages 28 and 23. I love healthy living and strive to live it every day. I love to run!
