    Hope the book is helpful for you. Lots of dumbell exercises. I used it after my knee surgery to help keep in shape while I was at home. It worked very well.

    Another thing I used at home that was really inexpensive were bands. It cost me all of about $15 at Walmart to get a set of bands that I could just hook into the doorway and work out. At first glance you wouldn't think much of them, but my physical therapist got me started on them and they're great! They also came with a very good dvd. It was a Gold's Gym product.

    I had to come up with things to do at home because I was still on crutches and couldn't go to the gym. Had to get pretty creative about it too, because I wasn't supposed to put any weight on my leg.
