I am a 24-year-old happily married lady. I work as an elementary school teacher, and love every minute! I recently moved to Virginia, for my husband's work. I love to run, take my Lab on walks, do Bikram yoga, kickbox, and do HIIT routines. My husband also loves cycling, so sometimes I do that with him.

I got into my own personal fitness 5 years ago, when I decided to go on a healthier program to lose some weight. I lost 30 pounds, and I've kept it off with my routine. I am currently focusing on eating healthier, but on still being able to be social, because I LOVE my family and friends!

My Goals:
I would like to lose 15 more pounds and set a positive example for anyone who cares :-). I also want to learn how to accept and love my body at any shape!

My Program:
Monday - Yoga/Stretch, Cardio HIIT
Tuesday- Moderate run
Wednesday- Cross Train, Arms HIIT
Thursday - Moderate Run, Legs HIIT
Friday - Rest or Stretch, Abs HIIT
Saturday - Cross Train, Abs HIIT
Sunday - Long Run

Personal Information:
I am 23, currently living in Virginia, USA. I am beginning a new and beautiful career in insurance. I am married to a wonderfully supportive man, and I have a wonderful and loving family.

Other Information:
I enjoy comedy shows such as Modern Family and The Office. I also enjoy reading just about anything I can get my hands on, but re-read Harry Potter almost annually :-). I like silly movies or movies that make you think. I also obviously enjoy music of all kinds!

    As a follow up, I responded last Sunday night, the day I got back from seeing Dad in Ohio. The next morning my sister called, he had died that night. What a blessing it was to see him. Thank you for caring.
