    Well, the week of GH is over. What'd you think? I sure hope they aren't making Brando another bad guy! Geeze! How long till we hear the custody verdict!? I think the first day was the best. Oh, and how about Chris Cousins as Dante's Dr. ? Remember him on OLTL as Tina's boyfriend, Cain Rogan?
    That's so cool you can do a 5 min. front facing plank!!! You are so lucky to not have joint issues or back problems. We're the same age and wish I had done things a lot different years ago! Be more active and maybe my Arthritis wouldn't have gotten so bad so fast. But, I can say I did change it up once I found out I did have it 11 yrs ago. Have put off knee surgery- so far so good. Can't get down on floor though. emoticon I keep going though, but admittedly not as good as I should.
    So, keep it up! It will benefit you as you get older!! emoticon emoticon
