Always look for the positive...
I started my weight loss journey with a dietician when I reached 91kg which is way too much for my height. At the time I did not know about Sparkpeople. I was loosing weight steadily until I hit a plateau after loosing 16 kg and I found that my dietitian was of no help. So I started searching the internet for some ideas and came across Sparkpeople and joined on 24 February 2010. One of the first emails I received was "how to overcome plateaus".... I am now 71 kg and wanting to lose another ...

My main goals are to lose around 10 kg more, to work a little more at improving existing friendships and establishing new ones, to visit as many countries as possible (probably after retirement which will be in around 10 years)
My Program:
Increased exercise regime, reduce portions more, watch what is eaten!

Erma Bombeck: No One Diets on Thanksgiving. What we're really talking about is a wonderful day set aside on the fourth Thursday of November when no one diets. I mean, why else would they call it Thanksgiving?
