I am a happily married mom of two amazing teenage boys. I have gained a few extra pounds in the past due to health issues. But now since that has been taken care of, I need to get back on track.

2018 ~ Now that my boys are older (18 & 15), I really need to start seriously concentrating on myself again. I read something that said you really need to "schedule" time for yourself & the gym. You schedule appointments, meetings, work, church, etc... why aren't we scheduling the gym too? Sooo... I am! I officially told them that supper won't be till 7pm Monday - Thursday because the only time I can get to the gym is right after work since I live in the country.

2019 ~ Well, I've been doing just as I said I was going to. Exercising 3-4 days a week with weights & watching what I eat. Unfortunately my weight has not gone in the right direction. With some more doctoring, I think we know what's going on. Going to keep plugging away with hopefully better results this year! Fingers crossed gang!

My Goals:
I would like to lose 30-40 lbs total. I want to make more mindful decisions on healthy foods and life long changes.


My Program:
I am eating a 1200-1500 calorie diet consisting of mainly clean eating, lifting weights 3 days a week and cardio 3-5 days a week.



Personal Information:
I grew up in Minnesota and have lived in North Dakota for 10+ years now ... Love the country lifestyle, fresh air and freedom to enjoy the outdoors... especially in the spring, summer and fall months! I do miss MN, trees and lakes country though. I hope to have a lake place there someday!
