Introduction Text At age 23, I weighed 108 lbs. I didn't understand how anyone could allow themselves to be overweight. I thought, "Why don't they just lose weight?" I sure miss those days of skinny ignorance! Twelve years later, I have an entirely different lifestyle, and an entirely different pant size... But I'm hopeful for change. :)

I want to look and feel healthy.

30 minutes of running 3 times per week, and 2 cardio classes per week... And counting those calories!!
