My Goals:
I have lowered my cholesterol to 209 from runs in my family, so I need to be VERY diligent in keeping it under control. Leaving behind my beer and breadstick days of college has definitely helped in this area!

I need to stay consistent with my water intake and admittingly I've given up on trying to kick my 1-a-day Diet Coke's one vice I'm not ready to give up.
I've given up my daily Diet Coke habit!! It's been months since I've drank one...I can't believe how addicting they were! But no more...I'm all water, baby!

My Program:
I'm working out 6 days a week primarily with spinning, lifting, and other group classes. I LOVE mixing new exercises in and am ALWAYS looking for new ideas!!!

I teach spinning, pilates, max muscle, burn, and abs classes. The challenge is finding time for MY OWN yoga and pilates practice.

Personal Information:
I'm originally from Wisconsin, but we've lived in Tennessee for over 4 years. The landscape is beautiful and there are always opportunities to be active! Gotta love hiking in the Smokies!

Other Information:
I'm a graphic designer who works from home. My company is jollyfish studio. I design catalogs, logos, letterheads, invitations, you name it! When I'm not in front of my computer, I'm teaching classes at our gym, playing with our dogs, or just hanging out with friends.

    We moved from Ohio to Denver CO and this summer moved to Baltimore. I am back in school studying health policy. I have recently discovered Bikram yoga and am IN LOVE with it. This is my 3rd week of 6 days a week. I got a stress fracture last fall and have been having a hard time getting back into exercising...after the move I got into the groove again but felt like I was on the road to re-injury so I thought I would try something totally different.

    I think I burned myself out on Spark a while ago but I do like how just going to the site once a day helps with my accountability.

    Haha I am the exact opposite. I have a million goals that I want to achieve. I too though am struggling with where to start. I just cant seem to get going. I will start and then get distracted and move onto something new. I really have this tri locked into my head and will pry start formal training in March, but right now I dont know.

    As far as food goes, I am doing my research on some cleanses. I am not sure if i want to do one or not. I am looking at the blueprint cleanse to get started. Then from there I want to focus on eating cleaner! This is something that I am not the best with. I have also given up fried foods. I dont say no fast food but if i go I just refuse to eat anything fried. I think in the last 6 months I fave had fries maybe 3-4 times, and I do not miss them!

    I dont know why this is all so much harder the millionth time around!

    Of course I will be your SparkBuddy! I though I already was one of them :). I will have to bust my butt to keep up with your crazy spin teaching self! I am trying to get back into some kind of rhythm, but time is a hot commodity now with a little one at home. He is old enough now to go to the daycare at the gym so we can work out. I am going to make an effort next week to get in 2 pool workouts and get some running in. I want to do a sprint tri next spring so i need to establish some kind of base again! What do you have on tap? Any goals?
