Today a New Beginning


Start of SparkPage May 8th 2008 Thursday!
My good friend who is a nutritionist told me that when ever she stops recording her food diary because she "knows she is doing well" it turns out that is exactly when she gains weight. She said always always record your food diary. She says it is the one thing that helps the most.
My Best tip is to have some snack that I can eat when I get super hungry. Lately it is Tamari and seaweed rice cakes, 2 of them really fills me up,

    Hi! I just read your email. Actually, my husband and I will return to the States this January. We came here just for the year to get some experience teaching, to see China, and to helpful be a blessing to our students. :)

    We didn't take any Chinese classes, unfortunately. We've tried to pick up what we can here and there. It's a little difficult to find time, though. Although the hours we work are considered part time in the US, we do have a hefty schedule. Besides teaching, we often have students visit in our home, so we can chat with them about culture and life.

    Overall it's been a very neat experience. We've seen so much of China...but there's still so much that we didn't get to see... it's just soooo big! :D

    My favorite place was Shangrila. It's so peaceful and quiet...and just beautiful.
