Hello All!

I'm Katie and I joined SparkPeople to help me stay motivated to reach my weight goal. I'm currently participating in Weight Watchers Online and have had a 20 lb. success! But that was before Christmas hit which lead to 4 months of "last meal syndrome" which resulted in a 5 lb. weight regain. I'm finding my motivation is lacking though I've rejoined Weight Watchers. I find I fall off the track mid week every week. I'm hoping that SparkPeople can help me keep on track to lose the rest of my 10 - 15 lbs (See? I can't even decide what my goal is)!

I'm 25 and living in Winnipeg in Canada. I work in a technical field and until last year never really cared much about my weight or my fitness. I'm starting to care more about what I eat and am attempting to start a fitness regimen by participating in a virtual 5km race in July. I've scheduled the time and just need to stick to it!

I would love to get community support for my goals. Wish me luck!

- Follow Weight Watchers Online with assistance from SparkPeople.
- Cooking more often in my horribly tiny kitchen.
- Participating in a couch to 5k running program.
- Signed up for a 5km virtual run.
- Using Groupon fitness classes to find a gym program that is right for me.
