Introduction Text This is the start of something big and the next phase of my life. Here we go!! When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. Life may not be the party we expected but while we are here we might as well dance.

I have a goal of living well and happily, no matter what. I have a goal of finding everyday work that supports me well- financially, mentally and emotionally or to turn my loving work into something financially profitable. I have a goal of being 61 lbs lighter by the end of January, 2011. I have a goal of being more physically active in my life. I have a goal of loving and being loved equally in return. I want to be good to myself every day- as much as I am to others.

I am using the nutrition and fitness trackers every day. I have joined a team's monthly fitness challenge. I have joined the Shape Up RI program that will start in Feb. I am telling people about my goals.
