Introduction Text My physician husband recommended SparkPeople to me as a way to track what I'm doing in my weight loss. It was a great referral! I live in Charlotte, NC, and would love to meet other SP people who live in the Charlotte area. I hope I am able to help others on their journey to better fitness. Any Charlotte area folks? 2-16-19 Time to reset goals: with surgery coming up soon I will have to adjust my goals for a bit. -Diet & Exercise: will have to be focused on healing & regaining strength as healing permits. Keeping an eye on what I can do during this period. -This is a great time to work on improving sleep; establish the minimum 7 hrs or more each night. -Work on my jewelry as this is something I will be able to do in some form.
